Manual Dilution Unit

The dilution unit has two inlets, one with water and one with prepared polymer. This model operates manually.

It is mainly composed of: a base, a gate valve, a ball valve, a swing check valve in the water line, a swing check valve in the flocculant line, a flowmeter, a pressure gauge, a static mixer and interconnection and/or control and power panels (without PLC).

This type of unit allows to prepare the reagent at a higher concentration and therefore decrease the fresh water consumption or increase the capacity of the Flocculant Preparation Equipment.
