Manual Dosing Unit

It mainly consists of a progressive cavity metering pump with its gear motor, a base, a suction flange and a discharge flange, a pressure gauge, a calibration cylinder, interconnection and/or control and force panels.

The progressive cavity pump is composed of a helical-shaped chrome-plated steel rotor and a stator coated with EPDM.

The flow rate varies by means of a potentiometer located on the panel or with an external analog signal.

Our dosing units guarantee a continuous flow of ASFLOC™ flocculant within the range corresponding to its capacity with sufficient discharge pressure.

The capacities we offer range from 0.1 LPM to 20 LPM.
