Dosing Unit

It consists mainly of a progressive cavity metering pump with its geared motor, a base, a suction flange and a discharge flange, a pressure gauge, a flowmeter, interconnection and/or control and power panels.

The progressive cavity pump is composed of a chrome-plated steel helical rotor and a stator coated with EPDM.

Our dosing units guarantee a continuous flow of ASFLOC™ flocculant within the range corresponding to its capacity with sufficient discharge pressure.

The capacities we offer range from 0.1 LPM to 1000 LPM.
