Manual Dosing Platform

It is made up of more than one progressive cavity dosing pump with its gear motor and installed on the same base. It includes a suction flange and a discharge flange, a calibration cylinder, a pressure gauge, interconnection panels and/or independent control and force.

Progressive cavity pumps are composed of a helical-shaped chrome-plated steel rotor and a stator coated with EPDM.

The flow rate varies by means of a potentiometer on the front of the panel or with an external analog signal.

Our dosing platforms guarantee a continuous flow of ASFLOC™ flocculant within the range corresponding to its capacity with sufficient discharge pressure.

The capacity ranges we offer go from 0.1 LPM to 20 LPM.
