Dosing Platform

It consists of more than one progressive cavity dosing pump with its geared motor, installed on the same base. It includes a suction and discharge flange, a flowmeter, a pressure gauge, interconnection and/or control panels and independent power.

The progressive cavity pumps are composed of a helicoid-shaped chrome-plated steel rotor and an EPDM-coated stator.

Our dosing platforms guarantee a continuous flow of ASFLOC™ flocculant within the range corresponding to its capacity with sufficient discharge pressure.

The capacities we offer range from 0.1 LPM to 1000 LPM.
