NaOH flake preparation unit

It consists of a water booster pump, a vertical centrifugal pump for caustic soda application, a humidification unit and a tank divided into 2 chambers:

Preparation and Dosing. The equipment operates automatically to reach concentrations of 0.5 to 5%. It is manufactured in T304 stainless steel.

The humidification unit consists mainly of: a ball valve with electric actuator, a flowmeter, a hopper with sprayer, a feed worm, a humification cone, a pressure gauge, an ejector, a spring check valve and a control panel.

The preparation tank has a disperser and the dosing tank has a motor reducer with a two-blade agitator and three level electrodes (high, low and low low).

The essential supplies for its operation are: Electrical power at 440 VAC, Water and Caustic Soda in flakes.

Our equipment has a visual alarm (turret) and an audible alarm (90 dB) that warns when any input is missing or there is a failure in any of the motors.

Its function is in applications where it is required to regulate the pH.
