Alternating Chambers Flocculant Preparation Equipment for 25 kg bags.

Consists of a booster pump station, a humidification unit and two preparation tanks. The humidification unit and the tanks are located on the same base, which makes it more compact. It is made of T304 or T316 stainless steel.

The humidification unit consists mainly of: a pneumatic valve, a flowmeter, a hopper with a screw shaft design, a humidification cone, a pressure gauge, an ejector, a spring check valve, a gate check valve and a control panel.

Each tank is equipped with a geared motor, a two-bladed agitator and three level electrodes (high, low and low low). It includes a three-way valve at the inlet and a three-way valve at the outlet.

The essential supplies for its operation are: Electrical power at 220 or 440 VAC, Compressed air at 90 psi, Water and ASFLOC™ Polymer.

Our equipment has a visual (turret) and audible alarm (90 dB) that warns us when any of the supplies are missing or when there is a failure in any of the motors.

This equipment is recommended for flows lower than 40 LPM or higher than 300 LPM.
