This model operates automatically.<\/p>\n<p>It is mainly composed of: a base, a gate valve, a characterized ball valve (with 4 &#8211; 20 mA signal), a swing check valve in the water line, a swing check valve in the flocculant line, a flow meter, a pressure gauge, a static mixer and interconnection and\/or control and power panels.<\/p>\n<p>It is equipped with a PLC in order to set the required ASFLOC\u2122 flocculant concentration.<\/p>\n<p>This type of unit allows to prepare the reagent at a higher concentration and therefore decrease the consumption of fresh water or increase the capacity of the Flocculant Preparation Equipment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Automatic Dilution Unit The dilution unit has two inlets, one with water and one with prepared polymer.
