The humidification unit and the tanks are located on the same base, which makes it more compact. It is made of T304 or T316 stainless steel.<\/p>\n<p>The humidification unit consists mainly of: a pneumatic valve, a flowmeter, a hopper with a screw shaft design, a humidification cone, a pressure gauge, an ejector, a spring check valve, a gate check valve and a control panel.<\/p>\n<p>Each tank is equipped with a geared motor, a two-bladed agitator and three level electrodes (high, low and low low). It includes a three-way valve at the inlet and a three-way valve at the outlet.<\/p>\n<p>The essential supplies for its operation are: Electrical power at 220 or 440 VAC, Compressed air at 90 psi, Water and ASFLOC\u2122 Polymer.<\/p>\n<p>Our equipment has a visual (turret) and audible alarm (90 dB) that warns us when any of the supplies are missing or when there is a failure in any of the motors.<\/p>\n<p>This equipment is recommended for flows lower than 40 LPM or higher than 300 LPM.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alternating Chambers Flocculant Preparation Equipment for 25 kg bags.
